Digital Products

Nice Movie Posters sells downloadable digital design files. Because a file cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are generally final. We do however want you to be satisfied, and we handle the cases below.

When We Will Help

The file is corrupt or will not open.
The file differs materially from its product description.
You were charged more than once for the same order.
You never received your download link.

In these cases we will send a corrected file or, if we cannot resolve it, refund your payment.

How to Request Help

Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. Screenshots are helpful.

Not Eligible

Refunds are not available for a change of mind, buying the wrong file, or incompatibility with software you did not check against the listed format.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several days to show the credit.
